Blender Add-On: Add Random Viewport Color Material
Description:
Quickly adds a Principled BSDF material to the selected mesh with default shader settings and a randomized viewport color, making objects easily distinguishable in Solid view.
Button Placement:

Added to the Object Context Menu (right-click in 3D Viewport) as “Add Principled Material”.

A separator visually isolates it for quick access.
Working Principle:

Checks for a selected mesh object.

Generates a new material with standard nodes and assigns it to the object.

Sets a random RGB color for the material’s viewport display (not render-visible), helpful for scene organization and visual debugging.
